Inclusion and Belonging Programs
These groups are started and maintained by interested team members and their allies, and supported by executive sponsorship. The bonds that we form help us feel more connected with each other, the institution, and our community at large.
This council is comprised of DEI leaders across DUHS. The council provides input on strategy and policy, educates DEI leaders who bring that learning into their units, develops and shares best practices across DUHS, and guides managers and employees on addressing microaggressions and other harms.
Moments to Movement (M2M) is Duke Health’s collective stand against systemic racism and injustice.
