Arius Rowe, LCSW, MSA
Arius is the Professionalism Program Manager responsible for overseeing the non-MD Professional Accountability Program (PACT) within the Duke Health Culture and Well-being Hub. In her role, she spearheads initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and safe work environment for all Duke Health team members. Her focus extends to identifying impactful interventions that promote awareness, professionalism and address any instances of harm.
Prior to joining Duke, Arius held various positions in the education system, including serving as a District Lead Social Worker and a Program Manager for a federally funded program. Leveraging her clinical expertise and management experience, she provided invaluable support to families, staff, and administrators.
Arius earned her MSA at Gardner-Webb University, her MSW at the North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University and the University of North Carolina-Greensboro Joint Program in Social Work, and her BSW from the North Carolina Agriculture and Technical State University.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Arius finds joy in spending quality time with her family, indulging in baking, and exploring coastal destinations during her travels.
