  • Advocate for policy, procedure, and norm changes to improve culture and well-being
  • Provide and promote emotional support to team members
  • Serve as a resource and subject-matter expert in the culture and well-being space
  • Collaborate in the development of culture and well-being action plans and blueprints for programs/solutions at the local level
  • Help develop team members and leaders to promote positive work culture and well-being
  • Connect team members with similar identities (work or personal) across the enterprise to support each other and promote education and understanding
